Electric Power Supply to Duplicate Feeders of Samara Samaravodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise Restored

On 26.01.2010 OJSC Samraenergo representatives held meeting with Samara Samaravodokanal municipal unitary enterprise, the management of which guaranteed debt repayment before 05 February 2010. In view of this, on 26.01.2010 at 2:00 pm the electric power supply was resumed to all Samaravodokanal duplicate feeders, and OJSC Samaraenergo rescheduled the cutoff that was initially planned on 29.01.2010 for 8.02.2010 in the event of failure to fulfill guarantees and to repay the debt.
As of 25.01.2010 the debt of Samara Samaravodokanal municipal unitary enterprise for electric power supplied is more than 91 million rubles. Currently, three court claims by OJSC Samaraenergo with regard to the collection of debt for electric power supplied in September, October, and November of 2009 are under consideration at Samara Region Court of Arbitration. The debt was repaid for September 2009 and partially for October 2009. Samara Samaravodokanal municipal unitary enterprise did not repay its debt for electric power consumed for November and December. Court proceedings with regard to claims by OJSC Samaraenergo are planned for 1.02.2010, 9.02.2010 and 25.02.2010.
